1. HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST CALCULATED AND IS IT FIXED?
The shipping cost is calculated individually and depends on the type of cargo, its weight, dimensions, destination, chosen mode of transportation, and any additional services required (customs clearance, insurance, door-to-door delivery, etc.).
Once all details have been agreed upon, the price is fixed in the shipping agreement or contract and will not change. Additional charges may apply only in the event of force majeure circumstances, which will be communicated to you in advance.
2. WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU PROVIDE FOR CARGO SAFETY AND INTEGRITY?
We maintain full control over your cargo at every stage of transportation, from pickup to final delivery to the recipient. We stay in constant communication with carriers and terminals throughout the process. Upon request, we can also arrange customized cargo insurance on favorable terms.
3. DO YOU PROVIDE FULL CUSTOMS SUPPORT?
Yes. Our team of experienced customs brokers provides comprehensive customs support, including document preparation, declaration filing, duty and tax calculations, and representation of your interests before customs authorities. We also provide guidance on taxation and customs regulations.
4. WHAT RESPONSIBILITY DOES THE COMPANY ASSUME FOR THE CARGO?
As a freight forwarder, we are responsible for organizing and overseeing the entire transportation process. Liability for loss or damage to cargo during transit rests with the carrier involved (airlines, shipping lines, or trucking companies).
We assist our clients in obtaining compensation in accordance with international regulations and the terms of the agreement. The maximum liability limits and compensation procedures are clearly specified in the shipping agreement.
5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You can receive up-to-date shipment status updates through your account manager or by email upon request. For air freight shipments, we provide a tracking number and a link to the airline’s official website, allowing you to monitor the shipment independently.
6. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND ARE THEY FIXED?
Delivery times depend on the destination and mode of transportation. We always provide estimated transit times and specify them in the shipping agreement. Due to wartime conditions and possible border delays, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed 100%, but we do everything possible to ensure your cargo arrives within the shortest feasible timeframe.
7. DO YOU WORK WITH PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL SHIPMENTS?
Yes, we actively work with private individuals and small shipments. The size of the shipment does not matter to us — from a single box to a full container load.
